My 90 year old dad is looking forward to receiving his second Chi
Machine. He has already worn out one, he had it for over five years
and uses it daily. Dad lost his leg below the knee to cancer in
1970. He heard that the Chi Machine would help with side to side
balance. I am sure it has, he is still walking after 25 years. Taking
his lead, I now use one as part of my multiple sclerosis therapy.
I hope to be able to walk as well as he does in the future. Thanks
for sending the 308 chi machine for his 91 birthday.

A friend had told me about the Chi Machine and what it was about.
At first I was a bit speculative but my friend is a very smart man;
therefore I listened. I ordered my machine about three weeks ago.
Before the scale wasn't budging; no matter how few carbs I ate.
After the first week, I had only lost 2 pounds, but that was a first
in months! The next week, I lost 5, and the third 7. However, before
the scale started coming down, the inches started coming off. At
first, I notice my pants becoming looser. Then I got into a pair
of jeans I hadn't been able to get into since the year before. As
of this point, 3 weeks, I have lost a total of 7 inches!
Now, all of this is wonderfull. However, I want to add that in
the last several month prior to this I had been really stressed
and had even suffered a mild stroke and had been placed on blood
pressure medication. The Chi Machine takes away some of that stress
and tension, and the feeling of well being that it brings with it
is marvelous!

I have had my chi machine now for about 6 months and it has been an
integral part of my day. A friend borrowed it once and I almost had
to call the cops to get it back. Needless to say, I don't loan it
out anymore.
Having diabetic peripheral neuropathy my quality of life has not
been a pleaseant one but this machine gives me the excercise and
what little nonprescription relief that I can have. If I had to
pick, I'd throw out all my doctors before this product. And Don,
I never had better bowel movements either (very important in my
opinion). The total body experience must have something to do with
this.
Thank you very, very much for making my life just that little bit
more bearable without all those terrible side effects meds can bring

The Chi Machine is fabulous. First use was eye-opening. A great bonus
is that I haven't done any Tai Chi in months ( and for a telephone
talkin', computer beatin', corporate management non- wannabe who one
day woke up and found he was pushing the limits of out of shape to
new territory that just ain't good). I practice Tai Chi every morning,
emphasis on every, and the chi machine most nights (except when I
get the nights and days professionally mixed up). This IS good. Dealing
with you was an absolute pleasure, I'm fairly sure we'll do something
again in the future. Will try to send you some business.The only "snag",
and it wouldn't have even been noticed if we hadn't been so anxious
for arrival was what we call the "Holdup in Mesquite". This
is probably not fair, as I've never been there, and I'm sure it's
a perfectly wonderful town, but perhaps they sensed a need and were
attempting to hold it there so as to make it their own?

a joy. In fact, interestingly, it's been much more warm and 'human'

Thanks for offering a great product at a very resonable price. One
of my friends referred me to you and swears by it for so many things
- soreness from muscle overuse, feeling "out of balance"
and general overall tension. For me I feel like it has been an important
part of my dealing with post Lyme Disease & Fibromyalgia. When
I feel the symptoms coming on I increase my use of the Exerciser 3000
to 2 - 3 times per day. It definately results in far fewer flare ups.
It especially helps my neck and back area and makes living much easier

I've had the Chi Machine for 3 years now, my daughter that has a Brain
Injury and has been using it to keep her spine mobile since she does
not walk, and it has helped tremendously. She has not developed sclerosis
on her back thanks to the Chi Machine which helps keep her body in
movement. Also, my girlfriend who is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis,
has been using the Chi Machine and reports that her leg which she
no longer had any feeling in, is amazingly getting feeling back in

within two days!!! The in-laws left Sunday, so that Saturday was
the next to last day they would be here, and he was stressed to

So far I am very pleased with the Chi Machine. As you know I am
a paraplegic and looking for any solutions to help my condition.
After just a few days of using the machine the swelling in my ankles
was gone. I was able to wear shoes I used to. Also its helped with
constipation which is something no one likes to talk about. I am
sleeping so much better as well. I used to keep fairly late hours
but now I use my machine and I am ready for bed. Which makes the
early mornings that my kids get up bearable. I feel tingling and
sensations in my legs as well. I have noticed a few pounds drop.
It is easy to gain weight in a wheelchair and anything helps to
get rid of it. I really hope for more results. My Aunt is an angel
for getting it for me. She has helped me so very much and she deserves
the thanks. I have other family members interested in the Chi Machine
as well that do not have the Internet. I was curious to see if we
could call you next time to place our order? Thank you for your
emails. It means a lot to know that a company cares about their

Hi,
I just used my portable steam sauna today. it arrived yesterday.
I LOVE it sooooo much! It is like a steam room at a gym only better.
the steam is more powerful - it is like when you go into a steam
room and wait for it to heat up and then it starts to blast and
then it becomes too hot - so you have to get out. only, the difference
with this one is - when it gets too hot you simply put your arm
out and turn the temp down and then just sit and sweat and it feels
amazing. I have been so relaxed and feeling so pure all day since
then. I started craving veggies like crazy afterwards and went to
Trader Joe's and cooked up the most delicious and healthy dinner.
That feeling of feeling healthy and good and like you don't want
any junk going into your body. Anyway, thanks so much. I love it!
and my lyme disease is doing better today too. no sx yet :) Thanks

Just wanted to get back with you since I received my Chi machine.
I do love it and believe it is helping, at least with my elimination
process!
Questions:
1. How much is 'too much' to use the chi machine. The instructions
said don't over-do it. I have been only doing it for 15 min. a day,
but today I thought I would go longer. This morning, did one 15 min.
session and this afternoon did one 30 min. session. I'm primarily
using it to get my lymph system flowing and cleansed out, along with
my elimination system.
2. I still would love to get the 'fir' machine. I did receive some
info from the gal who sells the Hot House Machine for $900 and the
"Fir to go" for $300. I guess I'm not sure the 'fir sauna'
is what I need. Makes me think I will sweat a lot as it does talk
about that. Can you get that Fir to go at a cheaper price? Or something
like it? I do think I should add the fir Infrared machine to my healing
process, but just don't have the money. BTW, I got my original information
on the expensive hot house fir from Sudweeks Distributing. When I
spoke to you originally, I couldn't remember their name. I feel that
with them, there are too many Indians in the group making $$$ off
my purchase and I would much rather give you my $$. :-)
3. Also, I believe when my massage therapist friend gets her refund
check back from the Govt., she wants to order the chi machine. She
has been doing Pranic's on me every weekend and I take my chi machine
for her to use. Hope all is well with you. Look forward to hearing

I was doubly surprised that it arrived so quickly because I had recently
sent two packages,each weighing about 6 pounds, mailed them first
class and it took an entire week for them to go half as far. So,'
kudos' to you. We are trying to get into a real routine with the machine,
doing pretty well. We,(my husband and myself), think we are really
going to like it. I will certainly get back to you and let you know

I do think I would have to say that I'm needing much less sleep. I'm
waking up in the morning before the alarm goes off and haven't found
myself wanting a nap in the afternoon so often. The pains in my back
are almost gone, and my husband even loves it as well!

I've been using my Chi machine twice daily since I received it. My
husband also uses it once a day. I have to say that love the machine.
Already my neck is less painful after 5 minutes daily of neck massage.
The shoulder also is improving and muscles are noticeably less tight.
I continue to work on the hips. They are improved--more motion--but
will take time to get better after years of pain. I'm happy with the
improvement that has been made. What a good investment! I'm glad I
went with the 308 model. It's the ultimate machine.
Many thanks for your attentiveness on my part and also for the
sage. I lived many years in NM and had a Native American medicine
man as a friend. I met him and his wife when we were working on
our Master's at College of Santa Fe. We would frequently smudge
